hi all. freezing in south philly tonight. the hockey game was great but cold. couldn't feel my feet in the 3rd period and the game had tons of delays that made it go on longer and longer. still glad i went.

kelly is on the hot seat for sure! he's getting a ton of 4 star recruits but if he can't win, they who cares ? up 14-3 they should've buried fsu! nope.

I used to like Bill Maher because I totally agree with his political view for the most part but he has done some pretty sick shit****. Back when the crocodile hunter Steve Irwin died I remember seeing Maher dressed up like Steve Irwin t the Playboy mansion with a sting ray through his heart, when I saw that my opinion of him changed

It's cold today and making plans to train in to The Big Apple for a dinner with life long friends I've known since the age of two!

You can tell he's the guy calling the shots.  Some of the clips I saw of the year after his stroke were just painful.  Ozzie Guillen would have been easier to understand and you're lucky if you understand 40% of what he says.

Yep, I am thinking "rockin" may not be the best descriptor.

He understands just fine.  The stroke merely left his speech and facial muscles messed up.

I actually knew that about Lil, back in the day when I stopped in here more regularly,  Forgive this geezer's memory lapses, Lil. 

Oh, and Phoggy, not sure you're aware of Badin's even more ancient geezerdom than my own.  Don't think you should be smitten.  Maybe "fond of," as a young daughter would be to her VERY OLD grandfather.
